I have always been surrounded by business and entrepreneurship. My dad is an entrepreneur and I have watched and learned from him as he went through the process of building a successful business. I worked for him for several summers, but I did not realize until I recently how much I absorbed about what it means to be an entrepreneur. I have learned that it takes creativity and a positive attitude; hard work, dedication, resiliency, discipline and sacrifice to create successful businesses.
I do not see problems, I see opportunities to bring ideas to life.Growing up, my dad was always looking for his next idea. This taught me to be forward thinking and positive. When I was little, I even asked my parents to stop calling me "Stefa-NO" and to please call me "Stefa-YES"!
